Perfect for putting on railroad tracks. Stakh, Gravel, Grief, and I would do it all the time as kids. Trains were more common back then. Item is not present in The Marble Nest. Shotguns are a rare sight in the town, so their bullets tend to stir many people's curiosity.

Notes

  • Whilst its Pathologic 2 counterpart possesses a more distinct look and counterpart, the Pathologic Sawn-off Shotgun is a moreso nondescript sawn-off hunting rifle, as its description entails. Its ammunition is a similar nondescript shell-type.
  • Its Russian name, самопал roughly translates to "self-made" (Sawn-off)[1][2].
