While Shekhen is always accessible, the Haruspex has no reason to visit until as early as Day 6, where he may visit it to investigate a source for a possible cure. Here, he drains blood from the “oloongo”, which thrums with special life. He takes this living blood with him and creates a Panacea.

On Day 7 Oyun can be found in Shekhen. If the Haruspex does not invite him to stay in Isidor Burakh's House he will be found here in the following days.

Following the Kin leaving the Termitary on Days 7, 8 or 9 (depending on how and when the Haruspex chooses to lead them) they will return to live in Shekhen alongside Taya Tycheek. Here the Haruspex may ask them any of the questions he has been longing to ask the Kin as a whole. Oyun will not longer be found in Shekhen and will inside reside inside of the Abattoir.
