The Termites are one of the three factions, alongside the Utopians and the Humbles. They are represented by the Haruspex.

They are united by a common ideology—the preservation of the Town. All are children who will eventually rule the city.

Pathologic 2

Spoiler warning: Significant plot details follow.
The presence of an eighth 'Bound' on the Haruspex's list is simply referred to as an "udurgh" - 'one whole that contains many'. It is later revealed that this Udurgh is a representation of the Town.

Notes

  • While this page is used as a category for characters in both games, the faction system only exists in the original Pathologic.
  • The name is both a reference to the game's "termitary" and an allusion to the "Termites" of 20th century psychologist Lewis Terman‘s study [1] of children with the highest-scoring level of IQ.
